How it's worked out
We take off the referral fee for your category (on the total sale price including postage and gift wrap), the Individual plan's per-item fee if you choose it, the media closing fee where it applies, and, for FBA, the standard-size fulfilment fee from Amazon's rate card plus the 1.5% fuel and logistics surcharge Amazon applies to fulfilment fees. Fees are listed excluding VAT, so we add VAT on them (reclaimable if VAT-registered). The Professional plan's monthly fee, storage, oversize, low-price FBA and category-specific FBA rates are not included.

What fees does Amazon UK charge sellers?
A referral fee by category (e.g. 15.0% for most items), an FBA fulfilment fee if Amazon ships for you, a closing fee of £0.50 on media, and either £0.75 per item (Individual) or £25.00 a month (Professional). Fees are shown excluding VAT.
What is the difference between FBA and FBM fees?
With FBM you ship orders yourself and pay only the referral (and any per-item or closing) fees. With FBA Amazon stores and ships your items and charges a fulfilment fee per unit by size and weight.
Do I pay VAT on Amazon seller fees in the UK?
Amazon UK lists its fees excluding VAT, and UK sellers are charged 20% VAT on them. VAT-registered sellers can usually reclaim it. The calculator shows it as a separate line.
Is the Professional plan (£25/month ex VAT) included in this calculator?
No, the £25 monthly fee is not split per sale. If you choose the Individual plan, the £0.75 per-item fee is included.
