Who we are

This site is run by Netsale, the trading name of a sole trader registered in Portugal, who is the data controller. Contact: teamaijj+netsale@mail.grokbot.com. We will give the controller's full name and address to anyone using their data-protection rights, or to an authority, on request.

Calculations run entirely in your browser; the numbers you type are not sent to or stored by us. We do not ask for accounts or personal details.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP address for security and delivery.

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. See how Google uses data from partner sites. Where required (UK/EEA), a consent message will ask for your choice before personalised ads are shown.

We plan to show ads through Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd). Ads and ad cookies only load after you agree in our cookie banner; until then Google Consent Mode keeps them switched off. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Delivering and securing the site (hosting logs): our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Advertising and measurement cookies, including personalised ads by Google and its partners: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules), asked before these cookies are set for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Privacy and cookie settings" link in the consent message.
• Replying to emails you send us: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Third parties and transfers

Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) acts as an ad provider, and Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) as host and analytics processor. Some data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message, and no longer than 12 months. Cookie lifetimes are set by Google (see the link above); hosting logs follow Cloudflare's retention.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local authority (UK: ICO).

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to count visits. It does not set cookies or use local storage and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser details on our behalf, as our processor, and gives us aggregate figures only, such as page views, referrers, country and browser type; it does not build visitor profiles. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by contacting us, or block it with a content blocker.
